 Pascal Bernardoni     M.A. in Agro-economics, worked in Western Africa and Latin America on institutional strengthening of large farmer associations; has assisted development funds to define eligibility criteria for credits and grants. Since 1999, in the Balkans and in the Caucasus with specific emphasis on agriculture and rural development. Experience in needs assessment, project formulation and implementation and M&E.
 
 Dragana Tar   M.A. in Development Studies (MA Focus on economic and social development of local communities through mobilisation of own resources and visioning). 10 years of work in international development assistance framework. Knowledge of policy development, evaluation cycle and PCM. Long experience in local and rural development programming. Extensive experience as a trainer.
 
 Remy Reymann   M.A. in Social and Economic Development (University Pantheon-Sorbonne, Paris). Has constantly worked in the Western Balkans since 1999. Extensive experience with IPA and EU accession process, therefore in depth knowledge about IPA regulatory framework, the PRAG and all related EU rules and procedures accordingly. Extensive experience in project identification and implementation in the fields of rural/local development. 10 years of experience in designing and delivering trainings in the field of project identification and preparation, the use of PCM and project implementation and M&E.
 
 Goran Živkov   Graduated from the faculty of Agriculture (university of Belgrade). Assistant Minister and Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Manegement (2004-2006). Extensive experience in policy making and strategy planning in the field of agriculture and rural development. Long experience in providing institutional TA in Serbia and abroad. Extensive experience as a trainer.
 
 Vlaho Kojakovic   After an MBA of the Imperial College, London, Vlaho became responsible for the EBRD activities in the area of agribusiness and tourism investment in the South-east Europe region. He supervised project loan and equity portfolio of €400 million from project identification, negotiations, investment to monitoring of repayment. Vlaho became coordinator for the EBRD/FAO programme for 27 countries of CEE. He mainly focused on rural finance, investment and capacity building in rural areas.
 
 Josip Jagust   With a B. Eng Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, Josip has worked in Norway on sustainability isssues for Norsk Hydro, and is a certified auditor for EMAS/ISO 14001:2004 EMS; since 2002 he has been involved in the private agri-business sector in Croatia. Currently he is running SEEDEV Croatia, and is working on a number of rural and agribusiness sustainability projects, and is structuring SEEDEV's IPA team. His experience and expertise is in in corporate sustainability management and in rural and local institutional sustainable development capacity-building.
 
 Vesna Parmak   While finishing her studies in International Marketing, Vesna is in charge of ensuring that the SEEDEV office runs efficiently. She worked as a Project Analyst for EMAS Partners on Business Development in the Forestry Sector. Vast experience and precision in all aspects of office administration and finance, logistical support, interpretation and translation. Her excellent interpersonal skills facilitate good relations with our clients and interested parties.
 
Experts
 Ivana Dulic Markovic   Serbian Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, became Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia. Ph.D. from Belgrade University in biotechnology in 1999, and Professor at the Agricultural Faculty at the University of Banja Luka. In 2008, Ivana was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of Vojvodina Province. Since 2009, independent consultant for different UN and other international organisations.
 
 Miljan Cvetkovic   M.A. in Fruit Pomology, worked in Serbia on applied research in fruit production. Miljan implemented a FAO project encompassing capacity building of agriculture service providers; training for farmers and strengthening of fruit producers associations. Since 2004, in Bosnia Miljan teaches and carries further research activities at the Faculty of Agronomy of Banja Luka. In parallel, Miljan continues to be involved in development projects in assistance to rural communities.
